Exchange Policy

Postage Not Delivered Or Collected Policy
1. Delivery Attempts:
Our shipping carrier will make multiple attempts to deliver your package to the provided shipping address. If delivery is unsuccessful, a notice may be left, and additional attempts will be made.
2. Undeliverable Packages:
If a package is deemed undeliverable due to incorrect address information, it will be returned to us. In such cases, we will contact you for updated address details. Additional shipping charges apply for re-delivery.
3. Non-Collected Packages:

Product care:
It is of extreme importance that the appropriate steps are taken when caring for and washing your garments. We want to ensure you get the most amount of wear of your garment and to help maintain the best quality.
We will not accept any returns or exchanges of any product that is damaged because of user’s error. Kozy and Co are not responsible for any washing errors or garments that have been worn.

Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions
1. Redemption: Gift vouchers are redeemable only on our official website for the purchase of merchandise.
2. Validity Period: Gift vouchers do not expire.
3. Non-Transferable: Gift vouchers are non-transferable and can only be used by the person they are issued to or the bearer.
