  - Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of purchase, excluding weekends and public holidays.

2. Shipping Rates:
  - Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the selected shipping method.

  • Express shipping flat rate of $20.00

   Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, allowing you to monitor the progress of your package.

4. Free Shipping:
   Enjoy free standard shipping on orders over a specified amount. Check our website or promotions for current thresholds.

5. Shipping Restrictions:
   We regret that we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes. Please provide a physical address for accurate and timely delivery.


6. Incomplete or Incorrect Addresses:
   Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. We are not responsible for orders lost due to incomplete or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

7. Order Changes:
    Once an order is placed, changes cannot be made. Please review your order carefully before confirming the purchase.

8. Lost or Stolen Packages:
    We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you encounter any issues, please contact the shipping carrier directly using the provided tracking information.

9. Returns Due to Shipping Issues:
    If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, a shipping fee will be charged to resend the package.

POSTAGE NOT DELIVERED OR COLLECTED POLICY:

1. Delivery Attempts:
   Our shipping carrier will make multiple attempts to deliver your package to the provided shipping address. If delivery is unsuccessful, a notice may be left, and additional attempts will be made.

2. Undeliverable Packages:

   If a package is deemed undeliverable due to incorrect address information, it will be returned to us. In such cases, we will contact you for updated address details. Additional shipping charges apply for re-delivery.

3. Non-Collected Packages:
   It is the customer's responsibility to ensure someone is available to collect the package upon delivery. If the package is not collected within the carrier's specified timeframe, it may be returned to us. The customer will be notified, and re-delivery fees may apply.

4. Communication with Carrier:
   Customers are encouraged to communicate directly with the shipping carrier to address any delivery issues promptly. Contact information for the carrier will be provided in the shipping confirmation email.

5. Refund for Non-Delivery:
   If, despite all attempts, the package is not delivered or collected within a reasonable timeframe, and the customer does not wish for a re-delivery, a refund may be not be processed. Refunds will exclude any shipping charges incurred.

7. Lost Packages:
